🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns (India Only)
- Valid on online orders only — no returns for offline/event purchases
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
- Shipping charges are borne by the customer — both for delivery and return
To start a return, email us at info.mareeci@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ What Can’t Be Returned
- Custom/personalised pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
💥 Damaged or Wrong Item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:
- Return the original item (shipping at your cost)
- Place a new order
- Or request a manual exchange — shipping will be charged for all three legs (sending to you, return to us, sending the replacement)
🌍 International Orders
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on international orders.
💳 Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue you a store credit valid for one year that can be used on any future purchase.
