Shipping to the USA & International Orders

Shopping from the USA? Here's everything you need to know.
Every Mareeci piece is handcrafted in our studio in Gurgaon, India, and we ship to the United States. This page explains prices, payment, shipping and customs before you order, so there are no surprises.

1. Prices & currency (INR → USD)

Prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), even when you select "United States". You still pay the equivalent amount in US dollars — your PayPal account or card converts it for you automatically.

The exact US dollar amount is shown to you by PayPal before you confirm, so you always know what you're paying.

2. How you can pay

  • PayPal (recommended for US customers) — choose PayPal at checkout. Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank or card. PayPal shows you the final amount in USD before you confirm, and eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
  • Credit / debit card — pay by card at checkout. The charge is made in INR and your bank converts it to USD. Some US banks add a foreign transaction fee (usually 0–3%), so check with your bank if you're unsure.
  • Bank wire (SWIFT) — available for custom and higher-value orders. Email us and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India only.

3. Shipping to the USA

  • Shipping cost: flat ₹2,000 (about US$21) per order.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹7,000 (about US$73).
  • Dispatch: within 1–3 working days.
  • Delivery: usually 7–15 working days.
  • We'll get in touch to confirm your order and shipping details. If we can't verify them within 7 days, the order is cancelled and refunded.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
  • Please double-check your full address, ZIP code and phone number — couriers need a phone number for customs and delivery.

4. Customs, duties & import taxes

Our prices and shipping charges do not include US import duties, tariffs or customs fees. These are set by US Customs, not by Mareeci, and are paid by you (the buyer) when your parcel arrives — the courier will contact you to collect them before delivery.

US duty rates on jewellery from India change from time to time. If you'd like to understand what might apply before ordering, email us and we'll help where we can.

5. Custom & bespoke pieces
